EditVault provides a searchable editing asset library at editvaults.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how advertising, analytics, cookies, and account features may work on the site.
Information We Collect
We may collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, browser type, device information, approximate location, referring pages, timestamps, and error logs. If you sign in, save assets, like assets, or send a contact request, we may also process your name, email address, account identifier, saved items, liked items, message details, and support history.
How We Use Information
We use information to run the website, provide downloads, improve search and asset browsing, respond to messages, protect against abuse, maintain Firebase authentication, measure performance, and prepare privacy-compliant advertising features.
Google AdSense and Advertising Partners
If Google AdSense or other ad partners are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, measure ad performance, limit ad frequency, and personalize ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. Current downloads are free while EditVault prepares original premium packs. If you believe an asset should be removed or credited differently, contact us with the asset URL and details so we can review it.
Your Choices
You may request correction or deletion of contact messages or account-related information by contacting us. You may also clear cookies/local storage in your browser, manage Google ad personalization through Google tools, and opt out of personalized advertising where supported by your region and browser settings.
Data Retention and Security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the site, answer requests, maintain records, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Regional Privacy Rights
