Overview
EditVaultz provides a searchable video-editing asset library at editvaultz.in. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how advertising, analytics, cookies, and account features work on the site.
Information we collect
We may collect basic usage data such as pages viewed, browser type, device information, approximate location, referring pages, timestamps, and error logs. If you sign in with Google or a magic link, subscribe to the newsletter, or contact us, we also process your name, email address, account identifier, and message details.
How we use information
We use information to run the website, provide downloads, improve search and browsing, send welcome and newsletter emails you opted into, respond to messages, protect against abuse, maintain Firebase authentication, and measure performance.
Google AdSense and advertising partners
If Google AdSense or other ad partners are enabled, third-party vendors including Google may use cookies to serve ads, measure ad performance, limit ad frequency, and personalize ads based on prior visits to this and other websites. You can manage ad personalization in Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com).
Service providers
The site uses Firebase for authentication and data storage, Cloudinary for asset hosting and delivery, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process limited information only to provide their services to EditVaultz.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of your account data or messages by contacting us. Every newsletter email includes context on how to unsubscribe. You can also clear cookies and local storage in your browser at any time.
Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the site, answer requests, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
EditVaultz is intended for general creator audiences and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it.
